  • Attorney fee liens
  • Releases of judgments
  • Proceedings Supplemental
  • Collection cases
  • Evictions
  • Collection letters
  • Motions to Withdraw and accompanying letters
  • Discovery (Third Party and Opposing Party)
  • Discovery responses
  • Technology Updates and software recommendations
  • E-filing
  • 1099s
  • Filing
  • Drafting of pleadings and correspondence as requested
  • Appellate document preparation and rule review
  • Collection spreadsheets
  • Landlord cases
  • Divorce cases
  • Documents review
  • Corporate registers, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, meeting notices, and waivers of notice
  • Deposition review and preparation
  • Legal research
  • Attorney fee affidavits
  • Drafting and serving subpoenas
  • Any other projects or assignments given by managing attorney

Hours for this position are Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Associate Attorney

Fehrenbach Taylor Law Office is hiring for an associate attorney.  The position will include all aspects of cases.  The majority of the firm’s work is in the family law area, but the associate will have the opportunity to develop other practice areas if he or she so chooses. The firm provides legal  services in Tippecanoe County and all the adjacent counties.  The associate must have his or her own reliable transportation. Previous litigation experience is preferred, but not required.  An ability to draft pleadings and correspondence and to conduct legal research is required. An ability to behave in a professional manner and work with all types of people is necessary for the position. A strong work ethic and the ability to motivate oneself is required. The Individual must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.
